Observation

The playground exit gate self-latching/self-closing mechanism was not working at the time of the visit. There was no was no shaded area on the playground at the time of the visit. A board fell of off of the exit gate at the time of the visit. The railing along the steps on the playground has a couple areas that have an opening greater than 3.5 inches.
